Warranty

Our warranty is our promise that Rocky Butte Guitar Slide Company's glass products are made of high quality borosilicate glass and are manufactured to our highest standard. They are intended to be free of defects and resistant to breakage in normal use for at least one year following the date of purchase. To be covered under this warranty your errant slide must be returned to us with proof of purchase showing date of sale.

To Report a Defective Slide

Replacement terms and conditions:
  • The replacement is limited to the original's ring sizes and length.
  • Matching color and wall thickness are subject to glass availability; we'll contact you via your registered email if an alternative is needed.
  • No refunds or substitutions.
To report a defective slide and request a replacement, please send your name, shipping address, email and phone, and include:
  • The defective slide,
  • A copy of your original sales receipt (showing store, slide and date of sale) and,
  • A legible copy of the slide's original label showing Warranty Number.
